North West Shares New Dazed Photos as She Steps Further Into Her Music Era
North West has given fans a new look at her latest Dazed magazine feature, sharing striking photos from the shoot on social media.
The 13-year-old posted two images from the editorial, tagging Dazed as she showed off a bold new look featuring her signature blue hair, dramatic makeup and statement fashion. The photos are part of Dazed’s Autumn 2026 issue, which places North in the spotlight as one of its new-generation creative figures.
The shoot was photographed by acclaimed filmmaker and director Gus Van Sant, with styling by Imruh Asha. One of the images features North on the cover alongside the words “New Idols,” giving the feature a strong focus on her growing identity outside of simply being known as Kim Kardashian and Ye’s daughter.
North’s Dazed appearance comes as she continues developing her career in music. She released her debut six-track EP, N0rth4evr, in May when she was 12, blending influences from rage rap, rock, emo and hyperpop. She has also begun performing publicly, including an appearance with Molly Santana earlier this year.
In the Dazed interview, North made it clear that music is more than a short-term project for her. She described it as what she wants to do with her life and discussed her influences, creative style and plans as she continues building her own artistic direction.
Her latest photos therefore arrive at an interesting point in her young career. While North has grown up under intense public attention because of her famous family, the Dazed feature presents her increasingly through her own music, fashion and creative choices.
The Autumn 2026 issue of Dazed is scheduled to go on sale internationally on September 10
