Enhypen Scores First No. 1 on Billboard 200 With ‘The Sin: Bliss’ as Dolly Parton Returns to Top 5
Enhypen has reached the top of the Billboard 200 for the first time with its latest EP, ‘The Sin: Bliss,’ while Dolly Parton’s ‘Ultimate Dolly Parton’ returns to the top five following the country icon’s death.
K-pop boy group Enhypen has scored its first-ever No. 1 on the Billboard 200, with its latest EP The Sin: Bliss debuting at the top of the U.S. albums chart.
The achievement marks a major milestone for the group, which debuted in November 2020 and had previously come close to the top spot with two No. 2 finishes.
According to the latest chart data, The Sin: Bliss moved 98,000 equivalent album units in its first week, including 92,000 album sales, giving Enhypen its strongest Billboard performance to date.
The chart victory also arrives alongside a major resurgence for Dolly Parton, whose greatest-hits collection Ultimate Dolly Parton has re-entered the Billboard 200 at No. 5 following her death earlier this week.
Enhypen Reaches No. 1 for the First Time
The Sin: Bliss is Enhypen’s latest step forward on the Billboard 200 after several strong chart performances over the past few years.
Before reaching No. 1, the group had peaked at No. 2 twice—first with Romance: Untold in 2024 and later with The Sin: Vanish in January 2026.
The new EP gives Enhypen its first Billboard 200 chart-topper and extends its run of top-10 albums. Variety reports that the group has now scored its seventh top-10 appearance over the past four years.
The Billboard 200 measures album popularity in the United States using a combination of physical and digital album sales, streaming activity and digital track downloads converted into equivalent album units.
‘The Sin: Bliss’ Is Enhypen’s First Release as a Six-Member Group
The No. 1 debut carries additional significance because The Sin: Bliss is Enhypen’s first project following the departure of former member Heeseung.
The EP was released on August 21, 2026, making it the group’s first release as a six-member act.
The project is also the second installment in Enhypen’s The Sin series, which centers on the concept of sin and follows two lovers dealing with the consequences of breaking a taboo.
The 10-track EP features “Bloody Paradise” as its lead single, alongside tracks including “Two Fools.”
The release also crossed 2.02 million cumulative sales, reaching double-million-seller status shortly after its release.
Enhypen Joins Elite Group of K-Pop Billboard 200 No. 1s
With The Sin: Bliss reaching No. 1, Enhypen joins a relatively small group of K-pop acts that have topped the Billboard 200.
Among K-pop boy groups, previous No. 1 acts include BTS, SuperM, Stray Kids, ATEEZ and Tomorrow X Together.
K-pop girl groups that have reached the summit include BLACKPINK, NewJeans, TWICE and KATSEYE.
The soundtrack to Netflix’s animated hit KPop Demon Hunters has also reached No. 1.
For Enhypen, the achievement represents a significant progression from its earlier Billboard performances and confirms the group’s growing presence in the U.S. music market.
Dolly Parton Returns to Billboard’s Top Five
While Enhypen celebrated its breakthrough, the same chart saw a dramatic return from one of country music’s most iconic artists.
Dolly Parton’s Ultimate Dolly Parton re-entered the Billboard 200 at No. 5 following the singer’s death at age 80.
The greatest-hits collection, originally released in 2003, had previously peaked at No. 112 in 2019. Its return to No. 5 gives Parton her fourth top-10 album and her second-highest charting album ever.
The album moved approximately 59,000 equivalent album units in the latest tracking period.
Parton’s posthumous chart resurgence follows a huge increase in interest in her music after news of her death.
Dolly Parton’s Music Also Sees a Massive Streaming Surge
The renewed interest in Parton’s catalog was not limited to album sales.
Spotify data showed that Parton’s total global streams jumped more than 1,260% during the first 24 hours after her death was announced, while streams in the United States increased by approximately 2,320%.
Several of her biggest songs experienced especially sharp increases.
- “Jolene” — up 630% globally and 1,225% in the U.S.
- “9 to 5” — up 620% globally and 1,030% in the U.S.
- “Islands in the Stream” — up 525% globally and 1,235% in the U.S.
The streaming surge helps explain the dramatic return of Ultimate Dolly Parton to the upper tier of the Billboard 200.
Who Else Is in the Billboard 200 Top 10?
Enhypen’s The Sin: Bliss takes the No. 1 position, followed by Ella Langley’s “Dandelion” at No. 2 and Olivia Rodrigo’s “you seem pretty sad for a girl so in love” at No. 3.
Morgan Wallen’s “I’m the Problem” sits at No. 4, while Dolly Parton’s Ultimate Dolly Parton occupies No. 5.
The remainder of the top 10 includes:

KATSEYE’s WILD fell five spots from No. 1, while Stray Kids’ album dropped from No. 3 to No. 8.
