TechCrunch Disrupt 2026: Startups Have 3 Days Left to Book an Exhibit Table
Startups have just three days left to secure an exhibit table at TechCrunch Disrupt 2026, with bookings closing at 11:59 p.m. PT on Friday, September 18.
The annual technology conference is scheduled for October 13–15 at Moscone West in San Francisco, where more than 10,000 founders, investors, operators and technology leaders are expected to gather.
Exhibit spaces are limited, making the September 18 deadline the final opportunity for startups that want to reserve a table through the current exhibitor offering.
What Startups Get With an Exhibit Table
The exhibit package gives startups a 6-foot by 30-inch table on the Expo Hall floor for all three days of the conference.
The space is designed for startups to demonstrate their products, meet potential investors and partners, and connect with founders and operators attending the event.
Startups can also use the Disrupt mobile app to capture leads while putting their brand in front of the conference audience.
The package includes 10 team passes, along with website and app branding, press-list access and Silver Tier sponsor branding.
Additional opportunities available to participating founders include the Deal Flow Café and Investor-to-Founder Networking.
TechCrunch Disrupt Runs October 13–15
TechCrunch Disrupt 2026 will take place from October 13 through October 15 at Moscone West in San Francisco.
The event is expected to bring together more than 10,000 people across the startup and technology ecosystem, including investors looking for new opportunities, founders building companies, operators evaluating products and technology leaders.
The conference will feature six industry stages and more than 200 sessions, with more than 250 technology leaders participating across the program.
Attendees will also have access to AI-powered matchmaking designed to help them connect with people relevant to their businesses and interests.
Startup Battlefield 200 Returns
Another major part of Disrupt is Startup Battlefield 200, which highlights 200 startups during the event.
The broader Expo Hall will feature more than 300 startups, giving attendees opportunities to discover new products and potential business partners.
For investors and founders, the event is structured around several types of networking, including opportunities to find companies, partnerships and investment prospects.
Exhibit Deadline Is September 18
The deadline for booking an exhibit table is Friday, September 18 at 11:59 p.m. PT.
Because exhibit tables are limited, availability may run out before the deadline.
For startups that are not exhibiting, TechCrunch is also offering general admission tickets to the conference.
Ticket Prices Will Increase September 25
Startups and technology professionals who do not need an exhibit table can still attend TechCrunch Disrupt 2026 as regular attendees.
TechCrunch says attendees can save up to $200 on tickets before prices increase on September 25.
The conference provides access to its six industry stages, networking opportunities, AI-powered matchmaking and the Startup Battlefield 200.
With the exhibit-table deadline arriving first, startups considering an Expo Hall presence have until September 18 to secure their space.
