Gwalior Man Covers Car With 3,400 Lipstick Marks to Make Viral Video
A man in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, India, turned his car into an unusual social-media attraction after covering it with thousands of lipstick marks.
According to Gwalior Additional SP Sujawal Jamma, a video of the car had gone viral on social media. The man, identified as Aditya, reportedly put the lipstick marks on the vehicle in an attempt to create viral content.
Photos and videos shared online show a white Maruti Suzuki Swift covered with lipstick marks across its bonnet, doors, rear and other parts of the body. The rear window also carries the word “THAUR.”
Reports circulating on social media claim that around 3,400 lipstick marks were put on the car in about four hours. The resulting reel reportedly attracted millions of views.
The unusual stunt, however, caught the attention of traffic police. Authorities reportedly seized the vehicle, issued a ₹5,500 fine and had the car cleaned.
The incident has quickly become a viral talking point, highlighting how far some social-media users are willing to go to attract views and engagement.
