Alexanders Talent Management announced Jeffery’s death in a statement shared through social media.
The agency said it had worked with Jeffery for more than two decades, beginning when she was 12, and described her as a talented and vibrant woman whose smile and personality left a lasting impression.
The agency also asked for privacy for Jeffery’s family and loved ones as they mourn her death.
